 The idea for this episode was inspired by a Facebook post (below) by my friend Aubrey Boom on November 20. We wanted to talk openly and honestly about depression, suicide and the challenge the holidays can bring. Both Aubrey and I have been in some dark, sad places. We've lost friends to suicide. We recorded this to have a calm, open, real talk about suicide with the hopes that anyone struggling would know that feeling hopeless is OK - but reach for help. Talk about it.
